Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at QualDerm Partners, LLC. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare providers in delivering high-quality dermatological services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist healthcare providers with patient care, including escorting patients to and from exam rooms, preparing patients for exams, and reviewing health histories.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Prepare and maintain exam rooms, including cleaning and sterilizing equipment, and restocking supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and other staff members to ensure seamless care and service.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting, preferably in dermatology.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
