About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Prospect for new business opportunities, utilizing a range of sales techniques and tools
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to close, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver sales proposals and presentations
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
