Medical Scribe Specialty Director

The Medical Scribe Specialty Manager is a key role within MedScribes, responsible for overseeing and supervising client sites within their designated service specialty. This position requires strong leadership and administrative skills, with a focus on training and developing staff, as well as collaborating with executive leadership to drive strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and oversee client sites within designated service specialty
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic vision
- Train and develop staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Manage contracts, program evaluations, and other tasks as assigned
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members
- Bachelor's Degree
- Willingness to learn administrative functions and clinical specialties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Flexible and customer service-oriented
- Demonstrated capacity for leadership and administration/management
- One year or more of scribe leadership experience preferred
- Experience in training new scribes
- High-level competency of Epic utilization
