Job Title: Cashier/Food Runner

We are seeking a friendly and guest-service-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier/Food Runner at Laziza Mediterranean Grill.

Job Summary:

The Cashier/Food Runner is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, operating the point of sale system, and delivering food to our guests in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering food in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Operate the point of sale system accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, including handling cash, credit card payments, and making change.
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cashier area and dining area.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting cash and balancing the register.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service or retail environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
