Job Summary
CSL Plasma is seeking a Senior Medical Director to lead our Plasma Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational initiatives to improve efficiency and consistency across our fleet.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational initiatives to improve efficiency and consistency across our fleet
- Manage multiple sub-families and have responsibilities across multiple sub-families in the Plasma Operations Job family group
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
