We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our food operations team at Bowlero Corporation. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our nationally recognized menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Management: Develop and implement menus that meet the high standards of our brand, while also ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Kitchen Operations: Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including lead cooks, cooks, and dishwashers, to ensure seamless execution of food preparation and service.
- Event Planning: Collaborate with the operations team to plan and execute events, including catering, parties, and special occasions.
- Staff Development: Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing kitchen staff, including sous chefs and lead cooks.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food products meet our high standards of quality, freshness, and presentation.
- Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all local health and safety regulations.
- 5+ years of kitchen management experience, preferably in a high-volume retail or entertainment venue.
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or a related field.
- Extensive experience in banquet-style events and managing high-volume kitchens.
- Current ServSafe certification and ability to obtain ServSafe instructor certification.
Bowlero Corporation offers a competitive total rewards package, including performance-based incentives, healthcare coverage, and a range of other benefits. Our approximate pay range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year.
