Job Title: Registered Nurse NICU 3

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team at Spring Valley Hospital. As a Registered Nurse in the NICU, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe and competent nursing care to patients in accordance with facility policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and education programs.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Current ACLS Certification (adult patients), current PALS Certification (pediatric patients) or current NRP Certification (Neonatal patients) as required by department.
  • One year acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course.
