Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Identity technologies, including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Windows File Services, and Group Policies.
  • Infrastructure Experience: Extensive experience with infrastructure and server, preferably VMware and/or Microsoft technologies.
  • Security Experience: Develops, documents, and enforces the standards, Advance Active Directory security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of the Windows Systems, Active Directory, and related systems as well as Azure.
  • Project Management Experience: Project Management knowledge and understanding of Scrum and Agile workflows.
  • Desired Experience: Desired experience working in a fast-paced industrial environment with a career track record of engineering, developing, deploying, and maintaining business-critical systems in technical expertise, including hands-on solution development and implementation experience.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Cloud Computing Concepts: In-depth knowledge of cloud computing concepts, services, and security best practices around Cloud LZ and Infrastructure Setup.
  • GPO Admin: Knowledge of GPO Admin.
  • Zero Trust Active Directory: Knowledge of Zero Trust Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Group Policy Management.
  • Microsoft Exchange: Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange (Hybrid), Quest Active Roles Server (ARS) are preferable.
  • Active Directory Monitoring: Must have deep and thorough understanding of Active Directory monitoring best practices and Azure.

We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent judgment skills, who can lead as well as follow. You should be able to integrate and apply feedback in a professional manner. As a team player with a 'can do' attitude, you should have proven leadership, communication, organizational, and strong interpersonal skills. The role requires significant interaction with many different teams across the company.

You should have strong skills in interpersonal, verbal, and written communication. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience is preferred.
