  • Ensure room attendants have access to necessary supplies and linens to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms to verify cleanliness standards and proper amenity placements.
  • Maintain a 100% positive inspection rate on all guest rooms to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Follow daily sign-in and sign-out key control processes to ensure security and accountability.
  • Update room statuses in our computer system to reflect accurate information.
  • Assist in the cleaning of guest rooms as needed to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to achieve guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Report any needed repairs or maintenance items to ensure the hotel's facilities are well-maintained.
  • Prioritize and expedite the cleaning of checkout and vacated rooms to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Housekeeper or in a related role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members and guests.
  • Ability to work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to provide regular reports and updates.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed to meet the demands of the hotel.
