At Auberge Resorts Collection, we're seeking a skilled and courteous Valet to join our team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

• Park and retrieve guests' vehicles efficiently, handling keys and personal items with care.
• Provide guest transportation as required, driving the shuttle van with precision and safety.
• Offer expert recommendations on local restaurants, theaters, and community events to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Resolve guest complaints and report issues to the Guest Services Manager promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with their belongings and creating a warm welcome.
• Maintain the organization of the bell closet, oversee package receiving and shipping.
• Ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the front entrance, lobby areas, and bell closet.
• Inspect parking areas, including the hotel valet area and employee lot, to ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with taxi services and airport connections to provide seamless transportation.
• Assist with group parking arrangements as requested by sales.

• A minimum of one year's experience as a Valet or Bellman in a luxury hotel environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Valid driver's license that meets our insurance carrier's requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds and transport items up and down stairs.
• Must be able to drive automatic and manual vehicles.
