We are seeking a skilled Bellperson / Valet to provide seamless and sophisticated arrival and departure experiences for our guests. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and secure handling of guests' vehicles, luggage, and personal items.

• Park and retrieve guests' vehicles efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide guest transportation as required, operating the shuttle van with precision and care.
• Offer expert recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and activities to enhance the guest experience.
• Resolve guest complaints and report issues to the Guest Services Manager in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with their belongings and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the bell closet, receiving and shipping guest packages with accuracy.
• Inspect parking areas to ensure proper procedures are being followed.
• Coordinate with taxi services and airport connections to provide seamless transportation.
• Assist with group parking arrangements as requested by sales.

• Minimum one year of experience as a valet or bellman in a luxury hotel environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license that meets our insurance carrier's requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and transport items up and down stairs.
• Proficiency in driving automatic and manual vehicles.
