Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with mental health issues, substance-use disorders, and medical complications.
  • Conduct assessments and develop integrated treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Consult with physicians on mental health issues and provide culturally appropriate interventions and crisis support.
  • Complete clinical and billing documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in meetings and collaborate with other providers and community agencies to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Valid California license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
  • Master's degree in social work.
  • Completion of California internship requirements.
  • Administrative competence in record keeping.
  • Alignment with Western Sierra Medical Center's mission and values.

Preferred Experience:

  • Expertise in evidence-based therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Harm Reduction.
  • Knowledge of medical and behavioral health interactions.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and Medi-Cal requirements.

Salary Range: $79,000 - $90,645 annually
