Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team at Community Financial Services Bank. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service to all clients, assisting with banking needs, and establishing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service to all clients
  • Assist clients with banking needs, questions, and explanation of products and services
  • Perform teller transactions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
  • Establish client relationships and determine client needs and services
  • Create, re-pin, and issue debit cards for clients
  • Process night deposit bags and mail deposits/payments
  • Handle large sums of currency, coin, and change orders
  • Assist/oversee with opening/closing of cash vaults and Banking Center
  • Learn and comply with CFSB policies and procedures
  • Participate in New Team Member Orientation and Annual Regulatory Trainings
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Team Leader
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to learn and comply with CFSB policies and procedures.
