Job Title: Teller

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Teller to join our team at Community First State Bank (CFSB). As a Teller, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth operation of our Banking Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding client service by greeting clients with a warm welcome and addressing their banking needs
  • Assist clients with banking transactions, questions, and explanations of products and services
  • Process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
  • Build strong relationships with clients by determining their needs and services
  • Issue debit cards, process night deposit bags, and handle large sums of currency and change orders
  • Assist with opening and closing of cash vaults and Banking Center
  • Stay up-to-date with CFSB policies and procedures
  • Participate in New Team Member Orientation and Annual Regulatory Trainings
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Team Leader
