Risk Management Manager - Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Risk Management Manager to join our team at Carolinas Telco Federal Credit Union. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our risk management function, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing and implementing risk management strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, with a minimum of 12 years of experience in this field. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management policies and procedures.
  • Identify and assess potential risks, including credit, operational, market, and compliance risks.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to evaluate existing controls' effectiveness.
