As a Logistics Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless client onboarding and implementation of our logistics solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire implementation process, from initial planning to final delivery and handoff. This includes serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, and managing expectations. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client requirements are understood and met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the end-to-end implementation process for new clients.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Development and management of project plans, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3-5 years project management experience required.
  • Experience with Project Management Software.

Technical Expertise:
  • Expertly navigate through ERP system - Tecsys Elite, Cognos.
  • Intermediate to Advance in Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Excel (including Statistics and Pivot Tables), Access, Project, PowerPoint, Word.
