- Collaborate effectively with educators and school staff to implement focused interventions, ensuring a unified strategy for student advancement.
- Perform evaluations and generate detailed reports that emphasize strengths and areas for growth, concentrating on voice, speech, and fluency for informed educational planning.
- Create individualized treatment plans with a focus on the child and family, taking into account the unique circumstances of each student and their family.
- Actively engage in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing insights and recommendations to aid in achieving students' communication objectives.
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and relevant regulations, safeguarding the privacy of children and their families.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field.
- Valid California Speech Language Pathology license.
- Experience in clinical or educational settings is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, families, and colleagues.
