Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Crossroads School, a program of Crossroads Continuum. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Compensation:
The starting salary is $78,000 or more, based on experience.

Incentives:
A sign-on bonus of $4,000 is available, distributed over a 12-month period: $2,000 at 6 months and $2,000 at 12 months of employment.

At Crossroads School, we support exceptional students aged 3-22 with autism and related disorders. Our team of six skilled SLPs collaborates to enhance communication skills and empower students to reach their full potential.

Role Responsibilities:
As a member of our SLP team, you will:
- Assist students in achieving their communication goals.
- Develop both foundational and advanced communication skills, including expressive and receptive language, pragmatics, social skills, and proficiency in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).

Educational Approach:
We provide individualized, comprehensive education and related services utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our commitment is to enhance the quality of life for individuals with autism.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, totaling 37.5 hours per week, with 4.6 weeks of paid vacation annually, aligned with typical school holidays.

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

- Preferred knowledge and experience with ABA-based treatment and autism.
- Preferred knowledge and experience with AAC systems programming and implementation.
