Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Crossroads Continuum. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in empowering students with autism and related disorders to develop their communication skills and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized, comprehensive education and related services to students with autism and related disorders
  • Develop and implement treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of speech and language services into the educational program
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop strategies to address them
  • Provide training and support to teachers and other staff members on communication strategies and techniques

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency/Massachusetts State License (Clinical Fellows welcome to apply)
  • Knowledge and experience with ABA-based treatment and autism (Preferred)
  • Knowledge and experience with programming and implementation of AAC systems (Preferred)
