Clinical Supervisor Position Summary

The Clinical Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of patient care areas. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage the inventory and distribution of medications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and direct all aspects of the clinical area
  • Collaborate with supervisors and hospital departments to support operations and patient throughput
  • Provide leadership and management in areas of customer satisfaction, safe and effective care, human resources, communication, patient advocacy, performance improvement, and leadership development
Requirements:
  • Current Maryland License as a Registered Professional Nurse
  • Three years of clinical nursing experience, with 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred
Work Schedule:

Exempt position with variable shifts depending on department needs, including clinical and administrative time.
