Clinical Supervisor Position Summary

The Clinical Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical areas. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage the inventory and distribution of medications, as well as provide guidance and support to team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the immediate Supervisor and hospital departments to support operations and patient throughput
  • Provide leadership and management in areas of customer satisfaction, safe and effective care, human resources, communication, patient advocacy, performance improvement, and leadership/professional development
  • Set the professional tone for the clinical area and serve as a positive role model
Requirements
  • Current Maryland License as a Registered Professional Nurse
  • Three years of clinical nursing experience, with 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred
