We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Associate at Cents Only Stores LLC. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a great shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line customer support, answering questions, and assisting customers with their shopping needs.
- Assist with receiving and unloading shipments, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store displays.
- Support the operations team with tasks such as cleaning, price checks, and inventory management.
- Work independently with minimal direction and follow daily to-do lists.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management or supervisors.
Requirements:
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to comprehend instructions, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to multi-task and meet shift goals and expectations.
- Ability to regularly lift one to five pounds and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Ability to constantly stand, bend, and reach with moderate manual dexterity.
