About the Role

Avera Sacred Heart Hospital is seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Technologist to join their team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, generous PTO, and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of chemical, hematologic, microscopic, and bacteriologic procedures following established standards and practices.
  • Provide care in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies standards and Catholic Religious Directives.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology required.
  • Certification as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist required within one year of hire date.
  • Evening/Night Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm Monday to Friday, with every 3rd weekend and holiday.
