The Delaware Resource Group seeks a skilled F-35 Simulator Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will act as part of our technical interface to the on-site customer in resolving issues arising from maintenance or modification activities for all matters dealing with the F-35 aircraft. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mission Systems or be an emerging authority who can troubleshoot and analyze Air Vehicle Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot technical problems and issues with the training devices.
  • Determine technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications.
  • Recommend actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solutions.
  • Assess product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
  • Conduct technical training and product briefings with customers, vendors, and company representatives.
  • Prepare training devices for customer use and assist with mission-specific preparations.
  • Act as a local on-site representative to the customer's organization.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Attend debriefings as required to aid in the rapid identification of emerging issues that would require company intervention to avoid aircraft downtime.
  • Document all unusual operational/maintenance problems to support identifying emerging failure trends.
  • Initiate Action Requests (ARs).
  • Identify unique operational problems that require technical, procedural, or quality assurance actions to resolve.
  • Provide on-site assistance to company and customer personnel initiating ARs.
  • Provide training to customer personnel.
  • Manage and track multiple engineering and logistic support activities, providing periodic status to the customer and program management team.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mission Systems or be an emerging authority who can troubleshoot and analyze Air Vehicle Systems. The candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
