Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Quality Engineer to become a vital part of our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in upholding the quality standards of our products and processes. This full-time position presents an exciting chance to collaborate with a diverse group of professionals in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement quality control processes to improve manufacturing efficiency.
2. Perform regular quality assurance audits and inspections to ensure adherence to international standards, particularly ISO 9001.
3. Apply Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement and problem resolution.
4. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address defects in the manufacturing workflow.
5. Utilize statistical methods to assess production data and initiate necessary adjustments.
6. Oversee the quality management system, ensuring all procedures are current and compliant with industry standards.
7. Collaborate with engineering teams to formulate new strategies for enhancing product quality.
8. Employ CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) programming for product measurement and evaluation.
9. Operate Keyence CMM for accurate, non-contact measurements.
10. Identify training requirements and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
2. At least 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineer role within the manufacturing sector.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Six Sigma, ISO 9001, and Engineering principles.
4. Proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Analysis, and Quality Auditing.
5. Proficiency in CMM Programming and Keyence CMM operation.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
9. Keen attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality outcomes.
10. Willingness to continuously enhance knowledge and skills in line with industry advancements.
