Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control methodologies to enhance the efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance audits and inspections to ensure compliance with international standards, specifically ISO 9001.
  • Utilize Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement and problem-solving.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and rectify defects or issues in the manufacturing process.
  • Use statistical analysis to evaluate production data and implement necessary changes.
  • Manage and maintain the quality system, ensuring all processes and procedures are up to date and in line with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop new strategies for product quality enhancement.
  • Use CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) programming for product measurement and analysis.
  • Operate Keyence CMM for precise, non-contact measurements.
  • Identify training needs and provide guidance to junior staff members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineer role in the manufacturing industry.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Six Sigma, ISO 9001, Quality System, and Engineering.
  • Proven experience in Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Quality Auditing.
  • Proficiency in CMM Programming, Keyence CMM, and CMM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Willingness to continually update knowledge and skills in line with industry developments.
