Position Overview:
We are Lockheed Martin Corporation.
This role entails overseeing the daily operations of the ADP Program Finance initiatives. The selected candidate will engage in various program finance responsibilities, demonstrating the capability to independently establish and manage Performance Measurement Baselines, conduct thorough analysis and reconciliation of actual expenditures, and develop comprehensive Estimates at Complete (EAC).
Additionally, the role involves performing Earned Value analysis, determining suitable Earned Value techniques, and executing variance analysis utilizing diverse Enterprise toolsets.
The candidate will also undertake multiple financial cost assessments, including cost allocation, expense control, and the preparation of reports and contractual obligations. This includes assisting in the formulation and documentation of corrective action strategies and preparing analyses for presentation to different leadership levels.
Qualifications:
A level 4 employee typically possesses significant professional experience.
Citizenship Requirement:
Must be a US Citizen. This position requires obtaining a DoD Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Proficiency in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) concepts and their practical application.
- Experience in financial analysis.
Desired Skills:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- Familiarity with Systems, Applications, Products Software (SAP).
- Knowledge of Hyperion/Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR).
- Experience in developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion.
- Proficient in data analysis through self-developed queries.
- Familiarity with cost systems akin to Deltek Cobra.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication with Senior Leadership, Control Account Managers, Program Management leads, and other Program Finance personnel across various locations.
Experience in transforming raw data into concise written and oral management reports is required.
- Familiarity with formal CPR/IPMR Reporting.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior analysts.
- Experience collaborating within a diverse team comprising various disciplines.
- DoD Secret clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Compensation:
The annual base salary range for this position varies based on location and is generally between $86,700 - $166,300.
Salary considerations include the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education, key skills, and market factors.
