About the Role

Meadow Gold, a subsidiary of Dairy Farmers of America, is a leading dairy brand that prides itself on delivering wholesome dairy products to communities nationwide.

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Relief Operator to assist in the distribution of our products. This role will provide relief to our Cooler Operators while they are on vacation, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform receiving, storing, and distributing tasks to support the distribution of our products
  • Relieve Cooler Operators while they are on vacation, ensuring continuity of operations
  • Work collaboratively with Order Pickers, Forklift Operators, and Case Washer Operators to achieve team goals
Requirements
  • Previous experience operating a pallet jack and/or forklift is preferred
  • Must be able to pass a forklift certification test
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs, frequently lift and/or move above shoulder height, stand, walk, kneel, and bend required for virtually the entire shift
  • Must be able to work in a cold, wet environment where temperature is maintained at 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Be able to effectively work in a team environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, including drug, background, and criminal checks
