Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Technician to join our team at BluePearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital. As a Veterinary Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our team of experienced veterinarians and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage and obtain patient history
  • Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR
  • Place IVC's and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines or PICC lines
  • Monitor and care for Ventilator Cases
  • Work alongside other skilled technicians and assistants in providing excellent, advanced medicine to your patients
  • Mentor and train other co-workers
  • Feel gratification of nursing critically ill patients back to health and reunite them with their pet parents

  • Current certification as a Veterinary Technician (CVT) or Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
