Position Overview: We are in search of an Oracle Functional Analyst to contribute to our operations. The successful candidate will possess the necessary qualifications and skills to provide both functional and technical guidance during the design, testing, and deployment of Oracle eBusiness R12 systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer functional and technical expertise during the design, testing, and deployment of Oracle eBusiness R12 systems.
  • Assist in the daily operations of business systems, collaborating with IT support teams to ensure smooth business processes.
  • Identify and recommend new business solutions or modifications to existing systems, utilizing Oracle and complementary technologies.
  • Document requirements and functional configurations using standard Oracle AIM templates.
  • Analyze current business processes and software utilization with a vision for future improvements.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to create change management requests for new or enhanced system functionalities.
  • Stay informed about industry technology trends to guide the company and its business clients in understanding available technology options.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 10 years in Information Technology as a business analyst or in a similar capacity.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Equivalent foreign degrees are acceptable.
  • Technical Proficiencies:
    • At least 7 years of experience with Oracle eBusiness Applications, specifically with R12 modules (such as MFG, INV, BOM, MRP, and/or PO) relevant to business functions.
    • A minimum of 7 years in configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle eBusiness R12 environments.
    • 5 years of experience with IT technologies and business processes in a manufacturing context.
