Role Summary:

The Security Solutions Advisor plays a pivotal role in expanding our customer base within the commercial sector, focusing on integrated security solutions such as intrusion detection, fire safety, access management, and surveillance systems. This position involves engaging with both potential and existing clients to deliver tailored security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Enhance relationships with current commercial clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Generate leads through referrals, company-generated opportunities, and strategic networking.
  • Optimize territory management to maximize productivity and client engagement.
  • Conduct comprehensive security assessments for clients, including system design and solution integration.
  • Promote and cross-sell the full suite of ADT products and services.
  • Collaborate effectively with product and operational teams to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications:

  • A college degree is preferred; a High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the security, telecommunications, or technology sectors.
  • Proficient in design applications, bidding tools, and customer relationship management software.
  • Experience with integrated security systems, including video surveillance and access control, is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, particularly in engaging with executive-level clients.
  • Demonstrated capacity for lead generation and business development.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
