- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Success in this role relies on building and maintaining effective working relationships with various stakeholders, including interdepartmental leadership, educational staff, patients, hospital personnel, insurance representatives, vendors, compliance officers, finance teams, and senior management.
- High school diploma or a degree from an accredited institution.
- Two to five years of experience in medical revenue cycle management is essential.
- Practical or theoretical knowledge of medical practices is required.
- Strong understanding of the medical revenue cycle is necessary.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are a must.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is crucial.
- Detail-oriented with a solid attendance record.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Alignment with company mission and values is expected.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications is required.
- The work environment is an office setting, requiring the ability to operate office equipment such as computers, keyboards, mice, and telephones.
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs may be necessary.
- Ability to sit for extended periods with frequent bending and stooping is required.
- Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.
