Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and treat refractive disorders and ocular conditions caused by age-related illnesses
  • Examine, diagnose, treat, and manage diseases, injuries, and disorders of the visual system, the eye, and associated structures
  • Identify related systemic conditions affecting the eye
  • Enter patient information and complete required clinical documentation in our cutting-edge EMR system
  • Travel daily to skilled nursing facilities to provide mobile treatment to patients
Requirements:
  • Doctorate of Optometry (O.D.)
  • State professional license
  • Valid driver's license
  • TPA certified/Legend Drug Certificate
  • Ability to work independently and use email, the internet, and healthcare-related software
