At Spieldenner Financial Group, we believe in empowering our agents to achieve success. As a Mortgage Protection Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions.

About the Role:
In this exciting opportunity, you will spend approximately 6-8 hours per week setting appointments with potential clients, 4-5 hours per week researching client information, and 2 days per week meeting with families to present coverage options. Additionally, you will dedicate 2 hours per week to administrative tasks such as following up with insurance carriers.

Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work independently, and a self-motivated approach to achieving goals. Prior experience in sales or customer service is beneficial but not required.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and performance. As a commissioned sales role, your earning potential is directly tied to your success in selling mortgage protection plans and other financial products.
