At Cornerstone Recruiting, we are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician II to join our team in Bellevue, WA.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of all building HVAC/R systems and equipment, including repair and maintenance of system compressors and other related items.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and plan preventative maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R systems in a timely fashion, documenting all work and reasons for repairs.
- Occasionally be on call 24/7, using a company-issued cell phone and/or electronic communication device(s).
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- An Associate of Science Degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology or similar program.
- EPA CFC Universal Certification.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in maintaining HVAC PM Program.
- A valid Washington State Driver's License with no major or continuing driving offenses in the last 5 years.
We value work experience or college degree that can be mutually substituted for education and experience requirements.
