About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Behavior Frontiers. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions using evidence-based methods in various settings, including homes, schools, and community centers.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help individuals with autism achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and track progress.
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), families, and other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
