Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Apprentice Psychiatric Technician. As a member of our team, you will develop the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional care and support to patients in a therapeutic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing patient-centered care and a willingness to learn and grow in their role. In addition to providing direct care, you will also participate in educational programs and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to patients in a therapeutic environment
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior experience necessary, but a strong desire to learn and grow is essential
