We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Therapist to join our team at Sacred Heart Home Health. As a Per Diem Home Health SLP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to patients in the Tucson, Green Valley, and Pinal Area.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify equipment needs and develop individualized plans of care.
- Collaborate with patients, representatives, and caregivers to develop and implement effective speech therapy programs.
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare practitioners to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Administer speech therapy programs using specialized techniques and equipment.
- Perform other duties as required to facilitate the delivery of speech language pathology services.
- Master's or doctoral degree in speech-language therapy and licensure in Arizona.
- Minimum one year's clinical experience in Speech-Language Therapy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
- Current CPR certification.
- Licensed driver with an insured automobile.
