About the Role

Penn State Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Research Oncology Nurse to join our team in Hematology. As a key member of our clinical trials team, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations and ensuring the success of our research studies.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of oncology nursing experience and a strong background in clinical trials. You will work closely with our principal investigators to collect, compile, and analyze data, while also introducing colleagues to the navigating process in the clinical research environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day operations of clinical research studies
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data
  • Introduce colleagues to clinical research processes
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure or multistate RN license through the interstate compact
  • Oncology nursing experience of at least two years
  • Associate's degree in nursing (BSN within three years)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • Clinical trials research experience
