Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team at Klondike KinderCare. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. You will implement our research-backed curriculum, partner with parents, and support the success of your center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe and engaging environment that promotes learning and development
  • Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
  • Support the success of your center by achieving goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents
