Job Summary:

The Strategic Sourcing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies that drive cost savings and improve supplier relationships. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that benefit both JLL and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with JLL's business objectives
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure best-in-class pricing and terms
  • Collaborate with Category Management to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
  • Provide technical written responses to client RFP questions related to sourcing and procurement
  • Ensure compliance with JLL's sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics
  • Support the development of diversity programs in accordance with client and company requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and/or 7-10 years of strategic sourcing or related experience
  • Strong project management skills, independent thinker, self-starter, ability to be strategic and tactical, problem-solver, excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical ability, and proven ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written
  • Preferred: MBA, project management and business transitions experience
