Job Title: Senior NodeJS Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior NodeJS Developer to join our team at Cognizant Digital Engineering. As a key member of our digital software team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Node JS & AWS. Your expertise in cloud security strategy development and good problem-solving & communication skills will be essential in driving our automotive projects forward.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Node JS & AWS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software applications tailored to the automotive industry
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices with the development team
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development process and improve deployment efficiency
- Utilize Azure cloud services to build scalable and secure applications, leveraging the latest technologies and best practices
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software applications, including design specifications, user manuals, and technical guides
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously improving skills and knowledge to enhance project outcomes
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to project timelines
