Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct resident care and supervision of non-licensed team members in our skilled nursing operations. You will work closely with our residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of quality care and service.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance in our skilled nursing operations.
  • Oversee the coordination of residents' health and wellness needs.
  • Work closely with family members and consult with community physicians to ensure residents' needs are being met in a personalized way.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an approved college or school of nursing.
  • Current state license as a Practical Nurse or Vocational Nurse.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in long-term care, assisted living, skilled nursing, hospital, and/or full-service operations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, and methods as applied to skilled nursing and resident care.
  • Understanding of federal, state, and local long-term care regulations.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
