The Production Mixer is responsible for accurately combining raw ingredients according to specified formulations. Utilizing various equipment such as tanks, agitators, and pumps, they ensure the production of high-quality liquid dietary supplements and beverages, maintaining consistency and precision in every batch.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in mixing or compounding processes
  • High School diploma
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication abilities
  • Basic mathematical proficiency
  • Excellent organizational skills
Essential Job Functions
  • Assemble and disassemble equipment, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for use.
  • Maintain a keen focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Verify that all equipment is operational and ready for daily tasks.
  • Prepare for blending by organizing and confirming raw materials.
  • Expertly mix ingredients in the blend tank.
  • Understand and follow blending protocols thoroughly.
  • Keep all documentation accurate and current.
  • Assist in troubleshooting any operational or equipment issues.
  • Support other departments as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the lead operator and management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure all records are well-maintained and orderly.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
  • Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery
  • Ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines
  • Able to lift weights up to 75 lbs.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English
Working Conditions
  • Work in a cleanroom environment, including both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled areas
  • Engage in bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods
  • Utilize hands continuously throughout the workday with minimal breaks
