Overview:

The primary role of an Automation Systems Engineer involves the development and implementation of control system designs based on specified operational sequences. This position entails the creation of intricate piping and wiring schematics while delivering technical assistance across a variety of automation projects.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and design pneumatic piping schematics.


• Create and design electrical wiring schematics.


• Construct and design hydraulic piping schematics.


• Design electrical control panels.


• Develop software for programmable logic controllers (PLC).


• Create software for programmable human-machine interfaces (HMI).


• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and provide start-up assistance for control systems.


• Offer technical support for the installation of tools and machinery.


• Provide technical guidance for the training of operational staff.

Core Duties:


• Diagnose and perform maintenance in skilled trades to address issues such as downtime, analyzing machine failures, and implementing preventive measures.

Candidate Qualifications:


• Proficiency in Siemens systems is essential.


• Strong troubleshooting skills are required.


• Familiarity with Bradley PLC is advantageous.


• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.


• Experience with Fanuc Robotics is preferred.


• General knowledge of CNC operations is beneficial.


• A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field is required, or alternatively, 10 to 15 years of relevant experience.
