Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our Emergency Department team at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center, Inc. This role involves providing direct patient care and supporting activities under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care and supportive activities under the guidance of licensed nursing staff.
* Maintain safety principles and recognize potential escalation triggers.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
* Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver personalized care.

Requirements:
* Completion of a nurse assistant training program or equivalent experience.
* Healthcare Provider BLS certification through the AHA or ARC.
* One year of experience in an Emergency Department setting preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
* Competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum.
