We are hiring Senior Living Medication Specialists for our LakeHouse Sheboygan community.

Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents, maintaining a safe and comfortable home-like environment.
  • Document symptoms, conditions, and changes in behavior or physical condition.
  • Respond promptly to security system alerts and resident call bells.
  • Notify supervisors if a resident requires increased care.
  • Assist with continence management, sanitation, and food service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Help residents maintain independence and dignity.
  • Engage residents in daily activities and life enrichment programs.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and guests.
Medication Technician Responsibilities
  • Review resident service plans to understand specific needs.
  • Administer medications, documenting each dose accurately.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding resident information and medication records.
  • Report concerns related to medication administration to nursing staff.
  • Restock medication carts and clean equipment regularly.
  • Count narcotics with colleagues at shift change.
Requirements
  • Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years old.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications a plus.
  • Previous experience working with seniors beneficial.

An estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on qualifications and location.
