About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Caregiver to support residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. You will encourage resident independence, support resident choice, and preserve resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions. Your positive attitude, approachability, and communication skills will be key in this role. We expect you to maintain confidentiality of both resident and staff information and present yourself in a neat and clean appearance at all times. Participating in designated facility in-services and helping new staff learn job tasks and responsibilities are also essential parts of the job.

- Your excellent customer service attitude will be demonstrated by being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others.
- You will demonstrate personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision.
- Your consistent work attendance as scheduled and addressing work-related problems with the proper individuals will be a priority.
- Your communication skills will include careful listening, being sensitive to other people's thoughts and feelings, giving thoughtful responses, and timely and accurate reporting to appropriate people.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive salary based on industry standards in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior direct care experience is preferred, as is current CPR certification. Meeting age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations is also essential. CBRF certification is a plus.
