We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services, Inc. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families in southeastern PA.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Speech Therapy services and consult with family members and other professionals working with the family
- Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to meet each child's unique developmental goals
- Coach family members and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over in both home and community settings
- Provide services in diverse settings, including homes, daycare centers, and community settings
- Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants in intervention through addressing specific goals, coaching sessions, and communication with the team
- Prepare progress reports and maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families
- PA Speech Therapy (SLP) license
- Early Intervention experience or equivalent experience
- Pediatric experience
- Home-based service delivery experience (preferred)
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
