About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services, Inc. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families in southeastern PA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Speech Therapy services and consult with family members and other professionals working with the family
  • Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to meet each child's unique developmental goals
  • Coach family members and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over in both home and community settings
  • Provide services in diverse settings, including homes, daycare centers, and community settings
  • Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants in intervention through addressing specific goals, coaching sessions, and communication with the team
  • Prepare progress reports and maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families
Requirements
  • PA Speech Therapy (SLP) license
  • Early Intervention experience or equivalent experience
  • Pediatric experience
  • Home-based service delivery experience (preferred)
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
