Position Overview

Location: Riddlesburg
Schedule: Dayshift; Monday -Thursday 8:00AM - 2:00PM (Fall schedule: Monday -Friday; 8:00AM - 4:00PM)

As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate care when it is needed the most. Within the framework of Interim HealthCare Home Care, you will assist with a comprehensive range of patient services, ensuring comfort and dignity for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care and support in alignment with the Physician's prescribed plan of care
  • Assist with daily living activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
  • Identify and report any abnormal findings or changes in patient condition

Qualifications for Home Health Aide:

  • Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but NOT mandatory
  • Completion of Interim's Certified Home Health Aide Training Program
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to meticulously follow instructions and document notes regarding a Client's condition
  • Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
  • Two (2) verifiable references
